Everything here comes out of building the tools. When a format surprises us, when a competitor gets something wrong, or when the same support question arrives for the fourth time, it gets written down properly instead of buried in a changelog.
That means no listicles padded to hit a word count, no round-ups of products we have never opened, and no explainer that stops at the definition. If an article says a tool breaks on a particular file, we ran that file through it.
