Questions, a tool that misbehaved, an idea for something we should build — this is where to send it. There’s no ticket queue and no bot in the way; messages are read by the people who actually build and run ToolsVale.

The fastest way to reach the right person

A little detail up front saves a round-trip. If you’re writing about a specific tool, name it. If something went wrong, say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — and the browser you were on, if you can, since some issues only show up in one. If you’re suggesting a tool, describe the job you’re stuck on and what usually goes wrong when you try it elsewhere.

You don’t need to attach files, and please don’t send anything private. Because the tools run on your device and never upload your files, we never see them anyway — a clear description is always enough for us to help.

    Other ways in

Depending on what you need, there may be a quicker route:

    • Reporting a bug? The report-a-bug page routes it straight to whoever built that tool.
    • Want a tool that doesn’t exist yet? The request form on the tools page is the best place — the job asked for most is the one built next.
    • Just have a question? The FAQ covers what most people ask about cost, privacy and how the tools work.

However you get in touch, we read everything and aim to reply within a reasonable time.

How do I get help with a specific tool?

Use the form on this page and name the tool you're using. If it's misbehaving rather than a general question, the report-a-bug page is faster — it routes your message straight to whoever built that tool.

Do I need to send you my file to get help?

No, and please don't send anything private. The tools run on your device and never upload your files, so we never see them. A clear description of what you did and what went wrong is all we need.

How long until I get a reply?

Messages are read regularly and we aim to reply within a reasonable time. A clear message with the tool name and what happened is the quickest to answer.

Can I suggest a new tool or feature?

Yes — that's welcome. The request form on the tools page is the best place for it. Describe the job you're stuck on and what usually goes wrong elsewhere; the most-requested tools get built first.
