These terms govern your use of ToolsVale (the “Site”), including all tools, pages and content available at toolsvale.com. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Using the tools

ToolsVale provides free, browser-based and server-assisted tools for converting, compressing, editing and analysing files, images and website data. No account is required to use most tools. Some tools are marked “Pro” and may require an account, subscription, or additional access depending on current site settings.

You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes. You may not use ToolsVale to process, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you do not have the right to process.

2. Your content and files

You retain full ownership of any file, image, text or data you process using ToolsVale’s tools. We do not claim any rights over your content.

Most tools run entirely in your browser and never transmit your files to us. A small number of tools use server-side processing to work, as stated clearly on that tool’s own page before you begin. Where a file is uploaded for server-side processing, it is used only to perform the action you requested and is automatically deleted afterward, typically within 1 hour. You are responsible for having the right to upload, process or convert any file you use with our tools, and for keeping your own backup copies. We are not responsible for any loss of files, data or content.

3. Accounts and Pro features

Some features may require creating an account or subscribing to a Pro plan. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If we offer paid Pro features, applicable pricing and billing terms will be stated at the point of purchase.

4. Advertising

ToolsVale may display advertisements, including through Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks, to support the free tools on this Site. Ads may use cookies to show relevant content; see our Cookies Policy for details and how to manage your preferences. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements, and their inclusion does not imply our endorsement of any advertised product or service.

5. Acceptable use

When using ToolsVale, you agree not to:

Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site’s servers, tools or infrastructure
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to abuse or excessively load server-side tools
Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or Pro-feature restrictions
Use the Site to process malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights
Reverse-engineer, resell, or repackage the tools as your own product without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the Site or specific tools for anyone who violates these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The ToolsVale name, logo, site design, and the tools themselves are the property of ToolsVale, except where otherwise noted. You may use the tools for personal or business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site’s underlying code, design or branding without permission.

7. Third-party services and APIs

Some tools rely on third-party services or APIs to function, such as for server-side file processing or crawling functionality. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the requested result, under their own terms and privacy policies. We select providers that do not use your files for purposes unrelated to the task you requested.

8. No warranty

ToolsVale’s tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate for every file, format or use case. You use the tools at your own risk and should verify important results independently, especially for technical, legal, financial or professional purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsVale and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools — including but not limited to loss of data, files, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to the Site and these terms

We may add, modify, or remove tools and features at any time without notice. We may also update these terms as the Site evolves or as required by law. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or specific tools, including any account, at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where ToolsVale operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with that jurisdiction’s laws.
